Has anyone else dealt with this number before? I found out it’s linked to a firm called ‘Enerywise’, but when I ring it, I never get to speak to an actual person. Does anyone know if they’re legit or if the company is even trading properly? Also, if you’ve used them, did their service actually do the job? Would appreciate any contact info too, as this number’s pretty useless otherwise.

I get these prerecorded calls about this window scraping scam probably 4 times a week. A while back with different firms I got caught out and ended up ringing 9 to stop the calls but didn’t realise it connected me to a premium line which then racked up charges.

Got a call from this number today, sounded like there was some deadline thing going on. Last time I dealt with them, I ended up pressing 5, which this time just gave me music for ages, like 10 minutes or so. Then a voice came on saying "Goodbye" before the line just went dead. I’m not sure what the deal is, but these calls usually come through around dinner time for me. Though I gotta say, today was different - got two calls between 9 and about 9:25 in the morning, which threw me off a bit. I reckon there might be a few more popping up later on, maybe three or so throughout the day. Seems like they stop by half past four or so in the afternoon, probably because they’re calling from office hours. I usually just let it ring out since the numbers are often blocked these days. Plus, some of my mates and clients have unlisted numbers anyway.

Got a call this morning at 10:11, some lady asking for a bloke who hasn’t lived here in like 8 years. She mentioned something about “recycled windows” or sommat, dunno what that means! I told her the person isn’t at this address anymore, and she said she’d phone back. Then two days later, I get another call from a Cardiff number - 02965860023. Funny thing is, my number’s been on the TPS list since it began, so not sure how they even got through!

I got a call back from this number after I rang 00390287189629 earlier about discounted windows. A lady with a Scouse accent claimed I could receive a £2000 subsidy for 'A' Grade windows. When I asked for the company name and their registered address, she transferred me to a different team. Then, some classical tune started playing - I think it was 'The Minute Waltz' - before the line went dead. Seems dodgy to me!

Last night, I got a call showing as "unavailable," and they were trying to pitch me some energy-saving deals for my windows. This was probably the third time I'd been bugged by the same lot, so instead of hitting "9" to decline, I pressed "5" to get more details. I'm curious who exactly they are, as I want to let them know I'm registered with the "TPS." They mentioned an agent would call me back, and sure enough, I got another call this morning from the same number. I left it on speaker for about 5 minutes while they kept telling me how important I was to them! I'm planning to report all this to Ofcom as well.
