He informed me that someone had been tampering with my IP address and enquired whether I was aware of the situation. To be honest, I had no idea what he was on about, so I just hung up. When he inquired about the make of my phone, he seemed rather taken aback when I pointed out that if he didn’t know the model I was using, how on earth could he be offering me a better price? Given that I’m free from any contract at the moment and solely on a pay-as-you-go SIM, it didn't quite add up!
