On Wed 1st July 2020, got another call, this time a scam pretending to be from Amazon. The number on my landline showed up as 1572, so I blocked it right away and reported it to BT and the scams team. Everyone who’s had these dodgy calls, keep reporting them! Amazon claims they’re investigating but so far, no proper action from them. The recorded message they play is rubbish, don’t give out any information, don’t call back either. Just block these numbers straight away!
