Got a call from this number just now, it showed up as an international one. Tried calling it back, adding 141 before the number, but got a message saying 'The number you have dialled is not recognised'. According to who-called-me, the area code belongs to Carlisle in England, but there’s no info or history on it anywhere. The call ended straight away as soon as the answerphone picked up. I’d say better be cautious with this one.
