they claimed to be from my bank saying my card was used overseas but it's a total scam. definitely dont press any buttons on the call.

Got a robo call claiming it was the fraud dept, saying about £600 had gone out from my card to some foreign place. They said if I don’t press 1 or 2 they’d block my card. Smells like a scam to me, trying to get you to ring a pricey number. Best thing is to just hang up or block the number if you can. Stay safe everyone!

So, I saw a missed call and tried to ring back, but when I dialled, the message said the number isn’t active. Which is odd cause the same number called me only about two hours earlier. I got a bit nervous, thought it might be some dodgy premium rate scam, so I decided to look into it.
