Totally a scam! I got a call saying my home insurance premium dropped by 25% and that I didn’t need to do anything, it’d be sorted automatically. Then they asked for my ‘billing number’ or something like that to verify who I was. When I asked why they needed it since I'm already a customer and they should have my details, the call just ended. Pretty dodgy if you ask me!

Got a call from a UK code I don't recognise and have no connections to, so I just ignored it. Pretty obvious it was some kind of scam.
