Over the past few days, I've picked up the phone 5 times only to get silence, then a weird little sound before the call just ends. I've gone ahead and told the ICO and OFCOM about these dead and silent calls. I'm gonna hang tight and hope something gets done. Everyone should really report these annoying calls to the proper people.
