Now, it appears they're unreachable for any follow-up.

I chose not to pick up since they didn’t leave a voicemail. The number appeared to be from the UK, but my phone flagged it as an international call. Honestly, I can’t see why any legitimate biz or individual would fake a UK number, so to me, it just seems dodgy and probably some kind of scam.
