Got a strange automated message saying there was suspicious activity on my bank card. So I didn’t call the number they gave me, instead I rang the one on the back of my card. Turns out the call was from a known fraud number according to TSB. Seems someone attempted to make purchases online using a buy now, pay later deal. My card’s been cancelled now, and I’m just waiting to get the money back from that transaction plus my replacement card.
