i keep getting calls from this number, its like every single day now!

Two calls popped up from someone called "matthew" with the same number, mentioning something like 'replying to your query about loft insulation'. It's a total scam cause I never asked about that at all. The last call came through just on October 1st.

The call came from a number that appeared local, but there were odd silences in the conversation that made me think it was being routed through the internet from a different place. The person on the line wanted to book an appointment to check my loft insulation, which just seemed like a dodgy scam. Shortly after, another call came in from a withheld number, and I could hear loads of people talking in the background. When I said I wasn’t interested, the caller stayed polite but ended the call quickly.
