Some bloke called saying his name was Mathew and mentioned something about loft insulation. This was the second time he’d called this week. Our loft’s already insulated properly, so when I asked him about it, he just hung up on me.

Got a call about some government scheme for loft insulation supposedly linked to us. I told them we never had anything done and asked why they were calling with wrong info. Then they just cut the call.
