I received a rather peculiar call supposedly on behalf of Lexham Insurance, purportedly to chat about a claim that’s already been wrapped up. The moment I mentioned that I had all the necessary info and had already been in touch with Lexham, the caller's tone turned rather confrontational. Without a moment’s hesitation, they plunged straight into wanting to discuss my data protection details... I politely declined, suggested they send me an email instead, and promptly ended the conversation.
