Got a call earlier today saying "I want to check up on your recent accident claim". Problem is, I never had an accident to begin with. This number's now part of my blocked list, which frustratingly keeps getting longer every day by about 5 or 6 calls on my work phone. What a pain!

Has anyone picked up this number before? I noticed a couple of missed calls from it, seems like it could be some automated call centre just checking if my number’s active. I never pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise and they haven’t left any voicemail either. I’ve been looking online to find out who it might be, but can’t find anything. Would prefer not to ring back until I’m sure who it is. Anyone got any clue?

Got this message claiming "URGENT! We’ve tried reaching you about your PPI claim. We now know the amount you’re owed. Text POST for your information pack or End to opt out." Honestly, it’s a scam so don’t fall for it! Cheers folks :)
