From what I can tell, they seem to be one of those PPI firms. I've dealt with similar places before - sure, you might get back a few thousand pounds, but they'll keep a big chunk for themselves. Honestly, you can just write to your provider yourself and request a review, and they’re obliged to sort it out for you.

Typical rubbish about owing money from PPI, but I’ve never taken out that sort of stuff. They just cut the call off!

I just got a call from this number and no one said a word when I answered. I had a look them up and it’s something to do with PPI. Same old story again!
