On 20th April, around 5.30pm, I got a call from a bloke saying I qualified for a free medical alert pendant. He asked if I struggled with mobility or was concerned about falling, and whether I lived alone. When I asked where he had my info from, he said the NHS. I told him to email the details so my partner could check it out. He said the pendant was free if I ordered over the phone, but if I waited for an email, I'd have to pay £180. It was so dodgy I just ended the call. Honestly, some people are just awful.
