I got a call from a bloke who sounded quite polite, saying he was ringing about my life insurance and that there were “some updates” because of covid. When I asked him where he got my phone number, he said it was from surveys I’d apparently filled in online. I told him I don’t bother with those surveys, and then he quickly hung up. He also said he had details about my existing life insurance but wanted me to answer his questions about the policy first. Quite suspicious if you ask me.
