I’ve never dealt with these people before, but I keep getting calls and texts where they’re using a name that isn’t mine. Really weird, would advise avoiding them.

I got a text from 07860027801 about some loan application and they said I should call that number to sort out a guarantor. Sounds dodgy to me, part of some scam. Best not to reply or phone back, it might cost loads!

Today I got a call from someone claiming they were from George Bango Loans.

They keep ringing me from loads of different numbers and won't give up. I got a call trying to pitch me a loan needing a guarantor, which I wasn't after. I even replied to their email and text saying no thanks. Despite that, they've bombarded me with calls and messages asking who my guarantor would be. Spoke to someone on the phone earlier today telling them I'm not interested, yet just a few minutes ago, got another call. Honestly, don't trust what you read on Trustpilot.

Just to let everyone know, this number belongs to George Banco, a pretty well-known finance firm that doesn’t cold call people at all.
