The moment I inquired about how he obtained my number-considering I'm on the Telephone Preference Service-he abruptly ended the call. When I redialled, it turned out to be some "digital solution marketing company." Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Quite presumptuously, he reckoned I’d already benefitted from the Government’s initiative to swap out hazardous insulation.
