Had a call from a bloke with an Indian accent completely outta the blue. Didn’t sit well with me for a few reasons: first, there was all this clicking noise on the line which was annoying, then he was all mumbley about who he was and this company I've never heard of. Plus, the way he spoke was a bit rude, and when I told him no thanks, he ended the call real sharpish. Another thing that made me uneasy was I’d just been browsing online when the call came through, which felt kinda fishy.

Got a call again today, second time actually. Picked up and there was this lady with an Asian accent asking for me by name. She claimed she needed to do some tests on my internet line. I told her straight up it sounds like a scam, I’ve read about it online, and asked her to stop calling me. She hung up suddenly after that.
