My missus got a call from some dodgy automated voice claiming she’d be nabbed for unpaid tax. The bloke pretended to be from HMRC and was threatening her with arrest unless she coughed up £2,700 straight away over the phone. Told her it had to be paid within the hour or the police would show up. We just blocked the number immediately!

Got a call supposedly from HMRE sayin there's an arrest warrant out for me. Pretty sure it's just another one of those HMRE scams.
