Today I got three calls from someone claiming to be with PayPal, saying they were calling from London. He wanted to verify my info to apparently prevent prank calls!

This bloke called Adam, who sounded foreign, keeps ringing me claiming he’s from some PayPal call blocking thing that apparently expired last month and I need to renew it. Thing is, I've never signed up for any call blocking service. The weird part was he recited my bank details and said I joined PayPal back in 2015, which is actually true. How on earth does he have access to that info? I thought PayPal was meant to be safe? Then he asked for my 16-digit registration number to “renew” the service. I told him to stop calling, but he still phoned me three times yesterday and once again this morning. Proper annoying!

Got two calls from the same number within a couple hours, but I couldn't hear anything on the other end.

AVOID SHARING ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! I didn’t fall for their ruse, yet they persist in ringing me-I believe these people are up to no good and should be put to an end. They claimed I’d won a prize of £500 in some draw and asked me to verify my details. I firmly declined, said my goodbyes, but it appears they just don’t get the hint! Honestly, it’s astonishing how daft they can be!

I’ve been getting calls from this one number for ages now. At the start, they told me I’d won £500 in some competition and asked for my info. I told them I never even entered anything and hung up. Now, it’s just constant calls but when I pick up, no one’s there. It’s so annoying - they really ought to get in trouble for this!

This number keeps calling me over and over. Usually, there’s nothing but silence for about half a minute, then a woman’s voice comes on saying “Goodbye” before it hangs up. Really odd.
