I received a call from this number, asserting they were from a loan firm. Initially, I paid £175, but then they insisted that it had to be processed through accounts. Next, they claimed I needed to fork out an additional £425 for PPI protection. After a bit of confusion, they mentioned everything was on track, only to then demand £300 for paperwork. Alarm bells rang, and I requested to cancel the whole thing and get my money back. They told me to hang on for a callback from a manager. We waited until Monday, but when they finally rang, they seemed completely oblivious to the situation and asked us to pay another £300. Suffice to say, I told them where to go! They then said to reclaim our money, we’d have to cough up more. Total SCAMMMM!!!!!!
