This caller was totally impossible to make out, even when I asked them to repeat themselves. Honestly, it felt like one of those dodgy scam calls.

Got a call from someone saying I’d booked a loft insulation check, which I definitely hadn’t. They kept pushing and wouldn’t accept that I wasn’t interested, asking loads more questions. I had to tell them to stop and then ended the call. Really pushy and annoying.
