I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent saying my internet had some issue. I had a feeling it was a con so I hung up straight away. Then I dialled 1471 to check the number, turned out the caller’s number was 01223935926. When I called that back, it was actually a beauty salon, nothing to do with internet at all. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got a voicemail from someone claiming to be my internet provider, but I don’t even have that service. They were threatening to disconnect me if I didn’t pay right away. Pretty sure it’s just another scam.
