I got a call saying it was about my withdrawal, but they refused to give me any info until I confirmed my details. Totally a scam, no doubt about it.

I got a call from some automated voice saying it was Visa and that £900 had been taken from my card. They asked me to press 1 if I didn’t recognise the transaction. Thing is, this number belongs to someone who never owned a Visa credit card, only a debit card, and that bank account was closed over a year ago since they passed away 15 months back. Barclays shut everything down ages ago. It’s clearly a scam, super dodgy, so watch out and don’t get caught by this.
