Got a call today from someone who claimed to be from the Fraud Department. They told me they had all my info and were just updating their files. It sounded pretty official, so I ended up giving them my new debit card info since I recently got a replacement. Things felt alright until they mentioned they'd be charging £85 once from my account. That’s when I caught on it was dodgy. I rang NatWest straight away, and they connected me to their fraud team who managed to block the payment.
