I went on to say that if they stayed on the line for just half a minute longer, we could ascertain the precise address, even down to the specific floor from where their call originated. This would allow us to send local law enforcement directly to their premises. There was a pause of about ten seconds, and then, they abruptly disconnected!

They have a database and know your full name, address, and DOB. This definitely needs proper investigation and should be stopped asap, it’s clearly a scam. I received a call from this number, which pops up as belonging to Cambridge, yet there’s just an eerie silence when I pick up. It appears to be routed through an Indian call centre.
