Some bloke called himself Glen and rang me saying my loft insulation, which was put in recently, might be causing bad air quality. He wanted to book an inspection. I agreed at first, then he asked if I owned the house. I'm a council tenant with yearly inspections, so I replied, “you should know that.” He just hung up straight away. I get spam calls all the time, but this one was a first for me.
