I got a call from a man with an Indian accent who said his name was Steve Armstrong. He said he was calling from Virgin Media and mentioned there was an issue with my broadband and router that he wanted to fix. I told him I was busy having my dinner and didn't have time to deal with it right then. When I said I couldn’t give a good time for a callback, he ended the call. It struck me as odd because the number showed as local, which I don’t think Virgin Media usually do. So, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t really them.
