Loads of folks are falling for these scams using AI nowadays, and most haven’t got the faintest idea they’re now in trouble that might stick around for ages. Also, make sure to REPORT every scam call you get. This number should’ve been blocked ages ago, but that only happens if enough people actually complain about these nuisance calls.

I reckon it might be one of those voice cloning things. As soon as you say something back, they just stop talking or hang up. Strange behaviour if you ask me.

Watch out, this thing is actually recording your voice! Just look at the posts down there, loads of people are falling for voice cloning scams these days. It’s gonna be a huge problem here pretty soon. Some folks already got scammed after chatting with an AI that used a voice copied from a family member. I even got rid of my voicemail greeting when I heard about this AI stuff a couple of weeks back.

My home phone rang and a woman asked if I owned the house, which I didn’t reply to straight away. Instead, I asked her what the call was about.
