I received a rather suspicious call from someone claiming to be Ivy Winters, of all names, chatting about warranties for home appliances. It struck me as rather dubious - I suspect the name is a total fabrication. She seemed more interested in fishing for my banking details than actually helping with any appliance renewals. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
