Definately a scam, they keep switching their numbers to make it look like they're calling from cities like London, Manchester or Bristol. Just watch out for the fact that the first six digits stay the same, only the last three change. Every time they ring me I just block them - proper annoying!

Got a call on my rarely used mobile from a local number I didn’t recognise. When I asked who they were, they mentioned something about a claim, but as I didn’t catch it properly, they just hung up!
