Got a busy tone after picking up. Saw on another site it might be some kind of energy scam. I went ahead and blocked the number.

Called today 11.10... Got caught up with what seems like those energy survey con artists again. This time they're using a "chat bot" so you're def not speaking to a genuine person. Total scam!
