Honestly, these folks are either proper dodgy salespeople or straight up scammers. They told me I was losing out on government benefits connected to my life insurance and that buying a new policy from them would sort it all out. Either they’re purposely pulling the wool over my eyes or they have no clue about how life insurance works. Either way, I wouldn’t trust them.

Got a call from some benefits reviewer wanting to go over my life insurance. They even knew which company I had it with. Told them I wasn’t interested and they just kept talking over me. Mentioned I’m a financial adviser and then they just cut the call.

Got a call last week from someone claiming to be from a home survey company or something similar, they seemed to know everything about me and asked me to verify it. I fibbed and said the info was wrong 'cos I didn't want to give anything away. Told them I wasn’t interested, but they rang back again today. I've blocked the number now.

I’ve blocked the number now, though I’m pretty sure another one from Birmingham will pop up soon. Honestly, the TPS is rubbish and totally useless dealing with this stuff.
