Got a call from this number earlier and foolishly picked up since I was waiting for someone from Birmingham. The lady on the line claimed to be from Consumer Alliance. I asked if it was a cold call, and obviously it was, but she just stayed silent. I asked once more and then told her nicely to buzz off!!! 🤬 Number’s blocked now.

Absolutely dreadful call! The English was atrocious. They pretended it was some sort of consumer survey. Kept ringing me repeatedly over the course of several weeks. I made it clear I wasn’t interested, yet I still have no idea how they even obtained my number!

I encountered a rather unpleasant experience with a so-called consumer survey. Their grasp of the English language was rather lacking, to say the least, and they assured me it would take just a few moments of my time. However, things took a turn when I mentioned I was at work and unable to chat. The representative was rather abrasive, responding with something along the lines of, “If you hadn’t interrupted, we would have wrapped up by now!” I decided to hang up, but they persisted in calling back, much to my annoyance.
