Got a voicemail from a woman with an American accent saying Amazon is about to take like £40 from my bank. She said press 1 if I want to talk to someone about it. Didn’t press anything cause it sounded dodgy, probably a scam.

Got a voicemail saying it was Amazon Prime, sounded exactly like those dodgy calls about internet problems. The number showed up with a Birmingham area code. They tried to tell me my regular £39.99 subscription would be taken off my card unless I hit 1 to chat with someone to cancel. Bit of a different approach this time but total scam, considering I don’t even have an Amazon Prime account.
