Got a call from someone saying they were with Virgin O2, claiming my sim was going to be cut off soon - problem is, I’m not even a Virgin O2 customer. The bloke was pretty pushy, didn't take well to me saying I work in IT and could see straight through his scam. I mentioned BBC Scam Interceptors, and he got even more hostile, going on about how their programme’s fake. Watch out, this one’s real smooth with his pressure tactics.

Got a text saying I'd missed a call earlier, but my phone never actually rang and there was no voicemail either. I usually don't bother calling back if it's from a number I don’t recognise and they haven’t left a message.
