During one particularly frustrating exchange, the individual I spoke with had a thick accent and seemed to struggle with English, which left me with the impression that it might be some kind of survey.

I once requested a particular company to stop calling me, and the woman on the other end insisted she would continue to ring me regardless. Honestly, it's incredibly frustrating and quite impolite, isn’t it? Isn’t there some way we can address this sort of behaviour from these businesses?
