these guys say they're here to help but ive been getting calls from all sorts of numbers, even from places like glasgow and birmingham, loads of times every week. I keep asking to talk to someone higher up so they stop calling me but hasn't helped at all. honestly, ive had enough and been pretty blunt with them now. Just gonna block this one and move on.

Over the Easter break I got calls from five slightly different numbers, all linked to the same Birmingham firm. Every time I told them I wasn’t interested and said no thanks, they just phoned again from another number, all beginning with 0121797. How are they allowed to keep doing this without any consequences? Feels like it *should* be against the law, honestly.

They say they’re from some company called Beneficial but whenever I try to speak to a manager or ask them to stop calling, they just hang up on me. Really frustrating!

I’m beyond fed up with these calls, it's unbelievable the authorities haven't managed to track down and lock up these scammers yet. Why can’t I just pick up my landline without getting bombarded by these nuisance calls? My dad’s living with us right now, recovering from a stroke, and these idiots are wrecking his rest. It’s no surprise that loads of people ditch their landlines nowadays, but I’m not about to let them scare me off.

They prompted me for my first name, so I decided to inquire about their surname. At that point, they abruptly ended the call. Quite vexing, if I’m honest!
