Absolutely infuriating! These insufferable chaps from the electricity sales side of things are a proper nuisance. They seem to think they can bamboozle you with their tall tales. And when you don't bite, they just slam the phone down like it’s nothing! It’s quite incredulous how rude and overbearing they can be.
