I could hear loads of background chatter like they were in a call centre, but nobody said a word to me. Then, after just a few moments, they just ended the call.

As soon as I picked up, they just cut the call straight away.

Got a call today from a number which already had my name and address, even though I never gave those details out. The lady on the line spoke with a heavy accent and I couldn’t really understand what she was trying to say. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

I just let the phone ring and don’t pick up. If there’s no voicemail explaining who called, the company or what they need, I block the number straight away! Honestly, if it’s something urgent they’ll give you another ring.

There was a lot of noise in the background, couldn’t really catch the exact accent but it sounded quite East Asian to me. The caller kept going on about how I could cut down my bills, didn’t mention any products or sales though. I just stopped paying attention after a bit.
