Got a call but nobody said anything, just some giggling in the background, sounded like one of those call centres. I’ve blocked the number now.

This person said they were helping with tenancy disputes involving the council, even mentioned my name and which council I deal with, but I’ve never rented a place here. You could hear loads of background noise, like from a call centre.
