Seems like they're fishing for personal info.
Best to block these numbers, just to be safe.

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent saying she was ringing from Vodafone. I told her I ain't got any deals or anything with Vodafone. The moment I asked what she was after, she just hung up. Very strange!
