Good afternoon! I'm Sharon Balding from Birmingham. I noticed a call from you this morning while I was at the Heartland Resource Centre in Nechells on Duddon Road. I apologise for missing your call, I didn’t realise it was you. If you could drop me a message back, that would be great! Please let me know if you try to reach me again. Thank you for your understanding!

Received a call on my mobile from a number that I didn't recognise, and to be honest, I don't have any acquaintances in that particular region. I chose not to pick up. It feels like it might be a scam. Earlier, I had another missed call from a different unidentified number, 0615246848. After a bit of digging, I discovered that it's likely some fraudsters posing as representatives from O2 and Vodafone. Quite clearly a scam, if you ask me.

On 11th October, I got a call on my mobile. When I answered and asked what the call was about, the line just went dead. The voice sounded foreign, so I figured it was probably some kind of scam.

I had a rather peculiar phone call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming that my network provider had shared my number with her. She was trying to sell me a brand new iPhone, of all things! It’s quite maddening as I never consented to my information being shared with anyone else. Clearly, this is a dodgy scheme, and they're just dialing through a list of numbers, hoping to catch someone off guard.

I could hardly make out what this overly persistent bloke was going on about, something to do with the Internet, I think. I didn't stick around to find out more and hung up straightaway. Definitely seemed like a dodgy setup or a scam.

I received a call from a lady with an Indian accent who claimed to be from the marketing division at Vodafone. She was attempting to entice me with a fabulous offer on a monthly SIM that supposedly included unlimited international calls and comprehensive roaming for just £7 a month. It felt like a classic scam in the making!

I received a call from an Indian woman who claimed to be representing EE, offering me a deal on a cheaper SIM. However, the moment I inquired about how she obtained my number, she abruptly ended the call. Strange, isn’t it?

The Indian lady on the line had quite a heavy accent and her English was not the finest, but honestly, it was somewhat entertaining as I happened to be on the loo at the time. While she was busy trying to pull a fast one on me, at least she wasn’t ringing anyone else. She rattled on for what felt like an eternity, clearly reading off some sort of script, trying to entice me with a shiny new phone and a contract. I cheekily asked if she fancied a bit of cheeky banter, as her accent was doing wonders for my mood! Just as I was getting into the swing of things, she decided to terminate the call-oh what a shame! 😂😂😂

I chose not to pick up the phone as I had received a similar call yesterday from 0165314997, which I had checked online prior. I also received a warning text from my bank advising me to be cautious of fraud and not to share my verification codes with anyone, even though I hadn’t asked for one in the first place. Just a minute later, I got another call, followed swiftly by yet another, but I didn’t answer since I was well aware it had scam written all over it.

I received a call from a woman with a strong accent, and I could barely hear her over the dodgy line and the blaring television in the background. It was quite apparent that it was a scam. She started with some sort of sales pitch, but honestly, I couldn't make heads or tails of it. I promptly told her I wasn’t interested, hung up, and made sure to block the number. Just another scammer-my advice? Don’t engage, just cut them off and block them!

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming my phone company passed on my number to her so she could try selling me the newest iPhone. I never agreed to share my info with anyone else. Sounds like a total scam - they must just be ringing to loads of random numbers hoping someone bites.
