Does anyone happen to know whose number this is?

I've had a few missed calls from this number, and since I didn't recognise it, I chose not to pick up. However, this time round, I unwittingly answered, completely oblivious to the unknown caller. Upon saying hello, the line was initially silent. Just as I was about to hang up, I picked up on someone mentioning a name and the location they were phoning from. It was Lucy, representing 2 Legal Services, and she had the audacity to inquire about some supposed debt of mine. I was taken aback and questioned her on how she came to know my financial affairs. She simply carried on about her ability to diminish my debts by as much as 85%. When I pressed her on where she had sourced this information, I made it clear I wasn't keen on having this conversation. She then expressed understanding regarding my hesitation and asked if I had recently been declined for a loan. I made it clear I had no wish to continue the discussion and stated that if ever I required assistance managing my finances (which, by the way, I currently do not), I'd be the one to reach out. - caller: Lucy
