I received a phone call from a chap in Birmingham, inquiring about my mum's name. He didn’t bother to introduce himself, so I simply told him he must have misdialled and he hung up. No idea what that was all about.

Following up on my earlier remark, when I attempted to return the call, I heard a female voice with an American accent saying, "Please hold while we connect you to the next available representative." And then, it went utterly quiet-no other sound whatsoever.
