Got a call claiming to be from Amazon Prime saying my account would be charged £39.99 for renewal. They told me to press a number if I wanted to cancel. Total scam, not Amazon at all. I just hung up straight away and blocked the caller. Don’t fall for it!

Got a robocall saying it was about my Amazon Prime sub, it was all automated. When I hit 1 to talk to someone, it hooked me up to a super expensive number. They keep trying different UK numbers every time it gets cut off. Right now, I'm dealing with call number 6 in just the past four hours. Proper dodgy scam.
