I got a call from this number and when I picked up, it was just ringing on their end. The bloke who came on asked how he could help, I told him I had no idea since they called me first. He then said, "oh, you're calling us back?" I said no, they rang me and when I picked up, it was ringing, then he answered - but he sounded quite rude. Then the call just dropped. This kind of thing happens loads, even though I clearly explain what’s happened. Guess they didn’t want to hear I’m on the TPS list.
