Rather tenacious, this unknown individual keeps trying to chat with me about my utility costs. It's quite peculiar!

I've never really dabbled in the lottery before, but these con artists are insisting I've bagged the top prize!

I received a call earlier today regarding a rather enticing lottery deal. However, it all seemed a bit too fantastic to be genuine. I requested him to ring me back as I wished to investigate the number further. Suffice to say, I won't be getting involved in this!

It seems like there's a sort of raffle or prize draw happening...

I’ve been receiving calls on both my home phone and my mobile nearly every single day, and at times, it’s multiple times a day. They don’t bother to leave any messages. I’ve finally decided to block the number!

I've had this number 01217261690 ring me thrice in a single day! I'm seriously contemplating ditching my landline altogether.

I've been inundated with calls claiming I've won a lottery, despite the fact that I’ve never even purchased a ticket! They even had the audacity to use my first name. It's an unpleasant scam for sure!

Received a call claiming to be from the lottery, but I don't participate in it. Honestly, folks, steer clear of answering and refrain from sharing any personal information. Stay safe out there!

I didn’t pick up because the number was unfamiliar, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it from reaching me in future.

I received a call earlier from a bloke claiming to be a college representative. He brought up something about the lottery and then suggested I might want to consider finding a proper job, implying my current one isn’t up to scratch. For the record, I don’t engage in the lottery at all. Just another scam, everyone! Stay cautious!

As several others have mentioned, I've supposedly won the lottery as well – quite the surprise considering I've never even purchased a ticket! I'm getting these incessant phone calls. I've gone ahead and reported the issue.

Received a call claiming to be from the lottery, but I can assure you it's not them, as they've not got my new number. They're pressuring me to subscribe to some monthly fee, and I've made it clear I'm not interested. This all kicked off after I entered a competition for a chance to win a modest home.

I received a call from this number today at 12:25 in the afternoon. Since I don't have any acquaintances in Birmingham, I chose to ignore it. Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to check this website for more information.

I've been bombarded with calls from 01217261690 multiple times today, 30th March 2022. It’s been quite bothersome, to be honest. After seeing what others have written, I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number. No more of that nonsense for me!

I've no clue who this might be. They began ringing me today at 10:03, and after two attempts, I picked up on the second call, but the line went dead. Then, at 13:49, the phone buzzed once more, but the call barely lasted a few seconds before they hung up. This whole thing strikes me as rather dodgy. I can’t shake the feeling they might have ulterior motives.

I received a rather peculiar letter offering me free lottery numbers, and to my surprise, they had my name and address. They attempted to upsell me on some ‘amazing deals’ for purchasing additional numbers, but I politely declined and ended up sharing a bit of my thoughts on the matter in the process. Quite the odd experience, I must say!

Had a rather unpleasant experience with a cold call earlier. They disconnected as soon as I picked up, which makes me think it’s likely some sort of marketing agency. I recently responded to an ad to test out Gillette razors, and now it seems I’m being bombarded with calls. Quite annoying, really!

I’ve been receiving dodgy calls from scammers saying I’ve won the lottery, but the truth is I haven’t put a penny into the national lottery for over four years! What a cheek!

I received a rather peculiar call from a chap who appeared to know my name and address. When I inquired how he obtained such information, he claimed I must have participated in some survey. According to him, I was fortunate enough to have a chance at winning a prize. He introduced himself as Waddington and mentioned he was based in Leeds. However, the whole conversation left me feeling quite uncomfortable, so I decided to cut it short. I've since blocked the number.

Scam Alert! I found myself having to endure a rather questionable call where they were adamant about getting my banking information to supposedly send me lottery tickets. They seemed quite pushy, especially when I refused to commit to playing their lottery through my debit card or via direct debit!

I keep receiving calls from 0121 726 1690, and it's getting rather tedious. I decided to give them a ring back, only to find that they had mispronounced my name and dug up an address from nearly seven years back. I made it clear that I don't engage in phone purchases or partake in surveys. It’s quite evident these folks are up to no good.

This number rang me yesterday and then again twice today. I managed to decline the first call using the red button, but the second time, I had no option but to pick up, so it ended up counting as if I had initiated the call myself. I'm reporting this as harassment because they've called repeatedly in such a short span, and it seems I’m not the only one who's had enough.

I’ve been harassed by these nincompoops nonstop! Three times in just as many days, my phone lights up with their nonsense. I eventually lost my patience with the fraudsters and told them to shove off!

Be wary; they're handing out free lottery tickets, and it could very well be a scam!

The person on the line claimed to be from a lottery group, offering a subscription at £12 a week or £54 each month via direct debit. They had my name and address, which made me quite uncomfortable. The thought of committing to that kind of recurring payment, especially when it would be deducted two weeks before any draw, didn’t sit right with me. I decided it was best to end the call.

Have you ever submitted your information for a freebie or taken part in an online contest? If so, brace yourself, as you’ll be bombarded with calls from all sorts of numbers. I once took a shot at a competition for entry tickets to Chester Zoo, and shortly thereafter I began receiving calls from this number along with several others. The caller claims I’ve won something, but then they throw in some deal about ten free lottery tickets. They rattle off their spiel at lightning speed and if you politely decline, they turn nasty and quite confrontational. Honestly, it's infuriating—best to just BLOCK, BLOCK, BLOCK!

I've been receiving repeated calls from this number, and to be honest, it’s clearly a scam. It's best to ignore any unknown callers—I've learned that the hard way! They call incessantly, day after day, and it’s really becoming quite tiresome.

Right then, this is rather peculiar! My phone went off, I picked it up, and there was nobody on the other end. Suddenly, a rather loud beep echoed through the line, and then it rang again! A woman picked up, claiming to be from 'Your Lotto', asking how she could assist me. I told her, "But you called me!" to which she insisted, "No, you called me!" Strange, isn’t it?

I received a rather dodgy call earlier, claiming to be from the National Lottery. They had my name and mentioned sending me lucky dips through the post. However, they totally botched my address. When I pointed it out, they cheekily asked me to provide my correct address for their “system.” I wasn’t having any of it, so I politely declined and hung up.

I received a rather dodgy call claiming to be from the National Lottery. They addressed me by name and said they wanted to send me some lucky dip tickets through the post. However, they had completely messed up my address. When I pointed this out, they surprisingly asked me to confirm my correct address to "update their records." I wasn't having any of it, so I politely declined and hung up.

Received a call from a chap who somehow knew my last name. He spoke with an accent that seemed to be from either the English Midlands or the North. He claimed to represent the National Lottery, but when I told him I had no clue what he was on about, he hung up on me quite abruptly. I'm inclined to think this is a scam attempt; no doubt he was after my personal and banking information.

Claimed to be associated with the lottery service and promised me ten complimentary tickets for the draw scheduled on Wednesday, 30th March. Astonishingly, they even mentioned the jackpot amount! One would think they had a crystal ball or something, considering there are two draws prior to that date which could easily see the prize claimed before then. Clearly, it's just a clever ruse!

So, I had a chat with a chap on the line who had a rather distinct accent from Birmingham. He mentioned that he’d be sending out ten lucky dip entries through the post. What’s interesting is that he didn’t request any account information or anything along those lines, so I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see what happens! Fingers crossed! 🤞
