This morning around 9.15, I got a call from this number saying I’d been involved in a car crash. I asked them twice how they got my number, but they just hung up on me. When I tried to call back, the number showed as invalid or couldn’t be reached. I’ve already reported it to TPS and plan to notify my phone company too.

Got a call around 9.12 on a Saturday from someone speaking without any clear accent. She asked if I’d been involved in a car crash that wasn’t my fault. I said no, then she wanted to know if anyone else in my home had. I was already feeling annoyed and ended up yelling “No! Leave me alone!” She said she’d remove my number from her database. Afterwards, I thought maybe it would’ve been simpler just to hang up straight away.
