I received a call from this number, coincidentally as our phone contract is nearing its end, offering us a new deal. We accepted the offer, but the new phone has never arrived. When I followed up, they assured me they'd investigate and get back to us, but that call never came. I contacted them again, only to learn that the phone they promised to send has been discontinued. They said they would sort out a replacement and would call us back, yet, surprise surprise, that call never materialised either! We’ve shared our details with them, and luckily, there’s been no suspicious activity in our account. Is it safe to assume these folks might be up to no good, engaging in fraud or card cloning?

A rather amiable lady named Natasha reached out to provide a wealth of information about myself. She mentioned that a more advantageous deal was available when we transitioned from T-Mobile to 3G. We must confess that we felt a tad daft sharing our personal details, but they insisted it was necessary for a credit assessment. However, the phone never turned up, and when we tried to call back, we were met with silence. At the moment, we’re currently speaking with our bank to sort this out.

I received a call from this number as our phone contract is coming to a close, and they were presenting us with a new offer. We decided to accept the proposal, yet the phone was never dispatched. Upon following up, they assured us they'd investigate the matter and get back to us, but no call materialised. I reached out again only to find out that the phone they promised was no longer available, and they would need to find an alternative and call us again. Yet again, we were left in the lurch with no further communication. They have all our background information, and thankfully, there’s been no unusual activity in our account. Is it possible these people are engaging in fraudulent activity or card cloning?
